Cebu hosts the 2015 Digital Strategies for Development Summit

The 2015 Digital Strategies for Development Summit has commenced today September 22, 2015 until September 24, 2015 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel. This year’s theme is Accelerating Inclusive Development Through ICT Innovation.

The 3 day summit will have 300 participants and 70 speakers that will delve into the challenges of the ICT industry and environment in the region.  Recognizing that ICT is currently reshaping the lives of people and industry, not everyone has access and the skills to harness the digital resources available.

The summit will be the platform for high level participants, policy makers, regulators, BPOs, management, NGOs, content and service developers and providers, the public sector, the academe and regional/international partners.

There will also be exhibits of existing ICT Solutions to address the emerging challenges with special focus on the youth, women and SMEs relative to entrepreneurship and employment.
