Currently housing 800 seats in its Phase 1 and 2 locations, the Bacolod site expanded further into its Phase 3, housing 330 seats, to accommodate a total of 1,100 production seats to support its ever-growing workforce and clientele.

The site’s success is supported closely by the Bacolod-Negros Occidental Federation for Information and Communications Technology (BNEFIT), an active partner of the government in creating jobs and driving innovation for the local Bacolod community. Together, with its global sites in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and the Philippines, Ubiquity is transforming the Customer Experience with highly engaged teams and the most innovative technologies in the outsourcing industry
